So you've had a look around our website and you like what you see. The first step is to get a quote to see if our price fits in with your budget. You can easily get a quote by filling out one of our on-line quote request forms or by calling us on: 01245 469 338.

Once you have received your quote and you are happy with the price, you will need to contact us again to confirm that you would like to go ahead with the booking. A member of our team will then make sure we have all the necesary information for your booking forms. These will then be posted to you first class as soon as possible.

Once you receive your booking documents (including the booking letter, two booking forms, song request sheet and pre-paid envelope) it is your responsibility to read through the details and make sure everything is correct, ammending any details if necesary.

You must next read through the terms and conditions of the booking agreement and sign the copy titled "To be signed and returned". Pop this in the pre-paid envelope provided, along with a cheque for the deposit and post it to us. This will now secure your booking.

If you are ready to send your song request sheet with your signed booking form and deposit, then please do so. Alternatively you can send this at a later date, (no later than one week before the big day) or e-mail us your requests.
